This is my first and foremost daily activation drill. I’ve done my "Daily600" for 1 year without missing a day. This routine has been instrumental for my health and energy, and I encourage anyone to start their day this way-- especially if you want to be switched on from the get-go.
What is the Daily600?
600 calf jumps to kickstart your day. This simple, high-impact ritual is designed to wake up your body, activate your lymphatic system, and set a powerful tone for the rest of your day.
Why Calf Jumps?
Unlike the circulatory system, the lymphatic system doesn’t have a pump of its own. It relies on muscle contractions—especially in the calves—to move lymph fluid throughout the body. This movement plays a crucial role in eliminating toxins, reducing inflammation, and boosting immune function—key factors in disease prevention and overall health.
